Titanic - the movies!

Some rare video footage of titanic gentlmen in operation Our camp kitchen at Loch Maree was a marvel of comfort and engineering. A surprise evening second course of port, stilton and crackers was the highlight of the gastronomic delights. Mind you, I was pretty addicted to the hard sausage by the end of the trip. Merino twins striding forth. For some reason I find this clip a little disturbing... Refuelling in progress;

I hope you don't mind me taking liberties with your pics Adrian - they were just too good!
Fantastic videos Rob! I'd forgotten about the 'bandana boys'.

Peter, this is blog a really neat idea.

All of this has me snorting in anticpation of our Dents du Midi trip.

It 'just works' doesn't it?
Was thinking about the Loch Maree video - was Adrian chortling at the 20kg of Alpen we had to either eat or pack out?

Forgot about the eat it or carry it decision on the Alpen - classic camping hilarity...!!

...and the movie of the merino clad arrivals is a bit scary - has something of the hitler youth about it.

Yes - I think it's the way the swinging arms are synchronised - spooky!
